Best! It is a highly effective lactic acid bacterium. I am satisfied with both the quality and packaging. Despite the price, the ingredients are excellent, and the pill size is ideal. They contain enzymes that assist in digestion, and there may be lactobacilli substantial enough to impact the gut microbiome. I believe absorption is improved due to the enzyme, and the taste is typical of lactic acid bacteria. This is a top-grade lactic acid bacterium that includes strains, bacteria count, and even enzymes. Recommended to me, I tried it, and my chronic diarrhoea ceased immediately. I highly recommend it.

Failed for three users
Disappointed. Garden of Life products have consistently worked for my family, and their fibres are excellent. Unfortunately, this product has completely failed for me and my partner. It did nothing for our bloating or constipation issues. We passed it to our cousin, who has chronic constipation and regularly uses probiotics. He also reported the same feedback that this formula didn't resolve his issues. Regrettably, a failed product for all three of us. I will order a higher concentration next time, as I trust the brand and hope this was an isolated issue.
